Our Wines

We are a producer of premium boutique red and white wines. Our vineyard is located approximately 720 metres above sea level, in the upcoming region of the Southern Highlands in NSW. With the combination of soil, microclimate, wind and sun has led us to produce some fruitier and lighter red wines  such as Pinot Noir and delicate Chardonnays.

All of our grapes are hand picked.

This Pinot Noir was crafted with hand picked grapes from our own high altitude vineyard. This Pinot Noir is seductively round, with gentle and vivacious tannins, medium bodied and loaded with red fruit aromas such as raspberries and figs in conjunction with aromas of French oak.

This wine is best served with light meats, poultry, Italian dishes and Thai food.

Made exclusively with hand picked grapes from our own vineyard, this wine radiates a wide assortment of flavours like white peach, melon, pineapple, nuts, butterscotch and cream. The palate is silky and curvy and lingers graciously which then gives way to a zesty final.

Best served with seafood, salmon, most Italian and Asian food.

This classic Italian Chianti styled wine is a careful blend of Pinot noir and Sangiovese. It shows a blend of scents and intensity capturing the essence of the best of each variety involved. Aromas such as plum, strawberries, cherries and dark chocolate are perfectly married with a medium body, silky and fresh structure.

Best served with pasta, pizza, antipasto, BBQ and most Asian cuisine.

This careful blend of Chardonnay and Semillon is a fine example of a fresh fruit driven style of wine. Green apple with hints of lime and citrus on the nose, balanced by a full palate.

Pinot Noir 2010 shows ripe cherry and strawberry flavours. Also oaked for one and two years in French and American oak barrels.

This wine would be best served with red meat dishes, duck, turkey, roasted mutton and Italian cuisine.
